Welcome to The Bump Serum. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, and related services operated by The Bump Serum, LLC, a California limited liability company (“The Bump Serum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or purchasing through our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.


1. Overview

The Bump Serum offers dermatologist-tested grooming products designed to prevent and treat razor bumps, ingrown hairs, and inflammation. Our products are available through thebumpserum.com and select partners such as Amazon, Walmart, and AAFES.

We provide both one-time purchases and subscription-based deliveries via our WooCommerce platform.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or create an account. By using our Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.


3. Account Registration

You may create an account to manage your orders or subscriptions. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized use.


4. RULES OF CONDUCT

As a condition of using our Services, you agree not to use them for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

7. ORDERING, DELIVERY, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING

PAID SERVICES AND TERMS OF SALE

When you purchase products or subscriptions (collectively, “Paid Services”) through our site, you agree to pay all applicable fees, including taxes and shipping costs, as presented at checkout.

Orders may be placed anytime through our WooCommerce platform. You can review and correct order details before clicking “Submit Purchase.” By completing checkout, you make a binding offer to purchase the products listed in your order.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Ownership and risk of loss transfer upon shipment, provided payment has been received in full.

Our products are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be resold or redistributed. We cannot provide refunds, exchanges, or support for items purchased from unauthorized sellers (e.g., third-party resellers on Amazon or eBay).


BILLING AND PAYMENT METHOD

We use third-party payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal to manage online payments securely. We are not responsible for errors by the Payment Processor. By choosing to use Paid Services, you agree to pay us, through the Payment Processor, all charges at the prices then in effect for any use of such Paid Services in accordance with the applicable payment terms and you authorize us, through the Payment Processor, to charge your chosen payment provider (your “Payment Method”). You agree to make payments using that selected Payment Method. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes that the Payment Processor makes even if it has already requested or received payment.

The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your chosen Payment Method. If we, through the Payment Processor, do not receive payment from you, you agree to pay all amounts due on your Billing Account upon demand.

By submitting your payment details, you authorize us to process charges via your chosen payment method for the total order amount.

You must maintain accurate, up-to-date billing information. If your payment method fails or expires, we may suspend your account or subscription until updated payment details are provided.

We reserve the right to correct billing errors, even if payment has already been processed.


SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTO-RENEWALS

Our subscription plans provide recurring deliveries at $55.99 per cycle (every 30, 45, or 60 days). By subscribing, you agree to automatic recurring billing until you cancel.

Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each renewal cycle at the then-current rate. You may modify or cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting support@thebumpserum.com at least three (3) days before the next billing date.

Failure to cancel within that timeframe may result in charges for the next cycle, which are non-refundable once processed.


PROMOTIONS

From time to time, The Bump Serum may offer limited promotional discounts for new customers. Promotional offers are valid for one use per household and require a valid payment method.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate promotional offers at any time.


8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to process and ship all orders promptly. Delivery times vary depending on location, carrier, and stock availability.
Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.

The Bump Serum is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping details.


9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact support@thebumpserum.com. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Subscription products may be refunded only if not yet shipped.

You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time by reviewing and following directions from our Return Policy page at https://thebumpserum.com/returns/.


10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content—including text, graphics, product designs, and logos—is the property of The Bump Serum, LLC or its licensors.

All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive the right to a jury trial or class action. Each party will bear its own legal fees unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
