At The Bump Serum, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. Your experience matters to us. If something isn’t right, we’ve designed a return policy that is straightforward, fair, and built to resolve issues quickly—while maintaining the standards behind our brand.
1. 21-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Returnless Refund)
If you’re not satisfied with The Bump Serum product system within 21 days of delivery, we’ll issue a full refund—no return required.
- You may keep, responsibly discard, or pass the product along to someone who may benefit. (To maintain fairness, this option may limit future purchases.)
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all refund requests.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days after approval.
- Applies only to purchases made directly from thebumpserum.com.
To request a refund:
Email returns@thebumpserum.com within 21 days of delivery with your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief note about your experience. Once approved, we’ll issue your RMA and process your refund.

2. Damaged or Defective Products (Exchange Required)
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, we’ll take care of it—quickly and at no cost to you.
- Please email returns@thebumpserum.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Once verified, we’ll issue an RMA number and provide a prepaid return label.
- Simply return the entire Bump Serum Kit in secure packaging using the provided label so we can complete the exchange.
- As soon as your return is received—or confirmed in transit—we’ll ship your replacement within 3–5 business days.
- Please include photos of the damaged item and your receipt to help us process your request efficiently.
We appreciate your help in returning the item, as it allows us to maintain the quality and standards behind The Bump Serum.
3. Unopened & Unused Items (Standard Return)
If your product is unopened and unused, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- An RMA number is required before sending any return. Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.
- Contact returns@thebumpserum.com to request an RMA and a prepaid return label—return shipping is covered.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
4. Missing or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not been delivered, we’re here to help resolve it.
- Please contact returns@thebumpserum.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
- If you need your product sooner, we can arrange to send a replacement shipment while the original order is being reviewed.
- If your order is confirmed as not delivered, you may request a full refund. Refund eligibility begins 15 days after the original shipment confirmation date.
- For customers who selected expedited (2-day) shipping, the shipping cost will be reimbursed if delivery expectations are not met. (Standard shipping is free.)
Our goal is to ensure you receive your order—or are made whole as quickly as possible.
5. Exclusions & Fair Use
To ensure fairness for all customers:
- Refunds and exchanges are limited to one claim per household or customer within a 90-day period.
- Purchases made through unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces are not eligible.
- We reserve the right to decline refunds or replacements in cases of suspected misuse, fraudulent claims, or excessive requests.
6. Refund Processing
All refunds require prior approval and an issued RMA number. Once approved, refunds are processed within up to 10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
